When We Run

From fast-paced time trials to early morning jogs and long weekend missions. There’s always a crew hitting the road. Join us for the runs that suit your rhythm and vibe.

  • Thursdays @ 5:30 pm – 5km Club Run from Crusaders Sports Club (Monthly activations, prizes & good vibes included)

  • Tuesdays & Fridays @ 5:15 am – 10km (or less) from McDonald's Swapo Road (With our friends from the Regents crew – all paces welcome)

  • Saturdays (Times Vary) – Long runs (15–35km) (Confirmed weekly via WhatsApp)

Is the club suitable for beginners?
Yes! We Welcome All Runners. From first-time joggers to seasoned marathoners chasing personal bests.
Do I have to run fast to join?
Not at all! We cater for all paces, from sub-4min/km sprinters to social walkers. We encourage everyone to run at their own pace.
Can I just pitch up and run?
Absolutely. You are welcome to join us for a few runs (try our Thursday evening Club Run) to get a feel for the club.
Do I need an ASA license?
You only need an ASA license if you plan to participate in official road races. For normal club runs, it is not required.
Where and when do you run?
We run from the Crusaders Club in Durban North. Our main 5km club run is Thursday evenings at 17.30pm and we will organise longer distance runs on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Is there a fee to join?
Yes, there is an annual membership fee. Click on the JOIN NOW button to get all the details.
